🍽️ Delicious Recipes Using Saraswathi Mill Turmeric Powder
1️⃣ Sri Lankan Chicken Curry with Turmeric (சீரகத்தூள் கோழி கறி)
✔ 500g chicken, cut into pieces
✔ 1 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Turmeric Powder
✔ 1 onion, chopped
✔ 2 tomatoes, chopped
✔ 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
✔ 1 sprig curry leaves
✔ 1 tbsp coconut oil
✔ 1 cup coconut milk
✔ Salt to taste
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves, sauté for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes and cook until soft, then stir in Saraswathi Mill Turmeric Powder.
4️⃣ Add chicken and sauté until browned.
5️⃣ Pour in coconut milk, add salt, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.

2️⃣ Turmeric Spiced Lentils (சீரகத்தூள் பருப்பு)
✔ 1 cup yellow lentils (toor dal)
✔ 1 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Turmeric Powder
✔ 1 onion, chopped
✔ 1 tomato, chopped
✔ 1 tsp cumin seeds
✔ 1 tbsp ghee or oil
✔ Salt to taste
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook lentils in water until soft and tender.
2️⃣ Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and sauté until they splutter.
3️⃣ Add onions and cook until soft, then add tomatoes and Turmeric Powder.
4️⃣ Stir for 1-2 minutes, then add cooked lentils and salt.
5️⃣ Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend.
6️⃣ Serve with rice for a nutritious, flavourful meal!
3️⃣ Turmeric Golden Milk (சீரகத்தூள் தங்க பாலை)
✔ 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
✔ 1 tsp Saraswathi Mill Turmeric Powder
✔ 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)
✔ A pinch of black pepper (to enhance absorption)

1️⃣ Warm the milk in a saucepan.
