🍽️ Delicious Recipes Using Saraswathi Mill Gram Flour

1️⃣ Crispy Sri Lankan Parippu Vadai (பருப்பு வடை)

✔ 1 cup Saraswathi Mill Gram Flour
✔ ½ cup chana dal (soaked for 2 hours)
✔ 2 green chilies, finely chopped
✔ 1 onion, chopped
✔ 1 tsp fennel seeds
✔ 1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ Oil for frying

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Drain soaked chana dal and grind coarsely.
2️⃣ Mix with gram flour, onions, chilies, fennel seeds, curry leaves, and salt.
3️⃣ Shape into small patties and deep-fry until golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve hot with coconut chutney or tea!

2️⃣ Soft & Fluffy Gram Flour Dosa (கடலை மாவு தோசை)

✔ 1 cup Saraswathi Mill Gram Flour
✔ ½ cup rice flour
✔ ½ tsp cumin seeds
✔ 1 green chilli, chopped
✔ 1 cup water
✔ ½ tsp salt

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
2️⃣ Heat a pan, grease lightly, and pour a ladle of batter.
3️⃣ Spread into a thin dosa and cook until golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar!

3️⃣ Sri Lankan Kadala Maavu Laddu (கடலை மாவு லட்டு)

✔ 1 cup Saraswathi Mill Gram Flour
✔ ½ cup ghee
✔ ¾ cup powdered sugar
✔ ¼ tsp cardamom powder
✔ 2 tbsp cashews (roasted)

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat ghee in a pan and roast gram flour on low flame until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add powdered sugar, cardamom, and mix well.
3️⃣ Add roasted cashews and form small laddus while warm.
4️⃣ Let cool and store in an airtight container.
