🍽️ Delicious Recipes Using Saraswathi Mill Crushed Chilli

1️⃣ Spicy Jaffna Crab Curry (யாழ்ப்பாண கஞ்ஞா கறி)

✔ 500g fresh crab, cleaned
✔ 2 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Crushed Chilli
✔ 1 tbsp curry powder
✔ 1 onion, chopped
✔ 2 tomatoes, chopped
✔ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 1-inch ginger, minced
✔ 1 cup coconut milk
✔ 2 tbsp coconut oil
✔ 1 tsp mustard seeds
✔ Curry leaves & salt to taste

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, onions, garlic, and ginger.
2️⃣ Add tomatoes, crushed chilli, curry powder, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add crab pieces and coat with spices.
4️⃣ Pour in coconut milk, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5️⃣ Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or string hoppers!

2️⃣ Spicy Chilli Coconut Sambol (மிளகாய் தேங்காய் சம்பல்)

✔ 1 cup grated coconut
✔ 1 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Crushed Chilli
✔ 1 small onion, finely chopped
✔ 1 tbsp lime juice
✔ ½ tsp salt

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash slightly with the back of a spoon.
2️⃣ Adjust salt and lime juice to taste.
3️⃣ Serve as a side dish with hoppers, rice, or roti.

3️⃣ Spicy Chilli Oil (மிளகாய் எண்ணெய்)

✔ ½ cup oil (sesame or coconut)
✔ 2 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Crushed Chilli
✔ 2 garlic cloves, minced
✔ 1 tsp soy sauce
✔ 1 tsp sugar
✔ ½ tsp salt

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add garlic.
2️⃣ Add crushed chilli, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
3️⃣ Let cool and store in a glass jar.
4️⃣ Use as a spicy drizzle for noodles, dumplings, or fried rice.
