1️⃣ Sri Lankan Pepper Curry (குள்ள மிளகு கறி)
✔ 500g chicken or beef
✔ 2 tbsp Saraswathi Mill Black Pepper Powder
✔ 1 onion, sliced
✔ 1 tomato, chopped
✔ 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
✔ 1 sprig curry leaves
✔ 1 tsp mustard seeds
✔ 1 tbsp coconut oil
✔ 1 cup coconut milk
✔ Salt to taste
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
2️⃣ Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves; sauté until golden brown.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes and cook until soft, then stir in the Black Pepper Powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the meat and sauté until browned.
5️⃣ Pour in coconut milk, add salt, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender.
