🍽️ Delicious Recipes Using Saraswathi Mill Atta Flour
1️⃣ Soft & Fluffy Roti (சப்பாத்தி)
✔ 2 cups Saraswathi Mill Atta Flour
✔ ¾ cup warm water
✔ 1 tbsp oil (optional)
✔ ½ tsp salt
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Slowly add warm water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
2️⃣ Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Divide into small balls and roll out thin.
4️⃣ Cook on a hot tawa or pan for 30-40 seconds per side until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve warm with curry or dhal!
2️⃣ Crispy & Puffy Puri (பூரி)
✔ 2 cups Saraswathi Mill Atta Flour
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ 1 tbsp semolina (for extra crispiness)
✔ ¾ cup warm water
✔ 1 tbsp oil (for dough)
✔ Oil for deep frying
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour, semolina, and salt. Add warm water and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Divide into small balls and roll out into small circles.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each puri for 10-15 seconds per side until golden and puffed.
4️⃣ Drain excess oil and serve hot with potato masala or chutney!
3️⃣ Sri Lankan Atta Flour Porridge (அட்டா மாவு கஞ்சி)
✔ ½ cup Saraswathi Mill Atta Flour
✔ 2 cups water or milk
✔ 1 tbsp jaggery or sugar
✔ 1 pinch cardamom powder
✔ 1 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Roast atta flour in a pan for 2 minutes until lightly golden.
2️⃣ Add water/milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
3️⃣ Simmer for 5 minutes, add jaggery and cardamom.
4️⃣ Serve warm, garnished with grated coconut!
